I've been wearing Montrail Molokinis for years and absolutely love them. However, the discounted black men's size 8 (my usual size) that I just received was too short. Also, my heel  did not align correctly on the right heel cup. They are also a much harder material than my pair from last year. They are either irregulars or an inferior reconfiguration. Luckily, I can return them to this vendor.

Very, very solid.  Did not find the somewhat elevated (therapeutic?) arch to be uncomfortable or a problem (I have a medium arch and have no arch issues) as others have noted.  The heel cup really holds on to your heel and wiggling this off takes a bit more work than a standard flip-flop, which prefer.  Durable buy heavy construction.  Heavy enough that it feels more like a shoe is on your foot than a sandal.  Again, I'm a big guy and that works for me. YMMV.

Awesome sandals, much better then walking barefoot. Doctor recommended.**update**Price increased from $42 to $60 and there is absolutely no difference in product. My Sandels lasted just under a year before the glue came undone. Not sure if ordered on Amazon if they have been sitting in the warehouse for a long time or are really new (not old glue like you can find at outlets).
