Purchased for my college age daughter who is an artist. I expected it to be sturdy, functional, and esthetically pleasing as her studio is the first room in my home. My expectations were met. It is perfect, looks great, and assembly was tedious but drama-free. The materials are high quality and it looks like it will last for many many years.

This desk is made well, was easy for me to put together alone(54 year old woman), and had good directions. It arrived ahead of schedule and in great shape, with a heavy glass top and metal that could have easily been scratched. Actually all of the pieces were so clean you never knew anyone touched it. It looks contemporary, but really would go with most decor. Please note that the box is heavy. It's rare that something is packaged so well, came without scratch, and you get what you pay for.

This product gives you ample leg room and is very nice it is absolutely a very good buy. I would recommend this product. I would suggest you really follow the directions and pay attention so you don’t put things on the wrong way. It isn’t difficult and took me an hour and 40 minutes. I fit well sitting under the the table because I am 6’4. Then with this chair it moves up and down works well. Keep up with the screws plus the little tools they give you and you will be fine. The tools are Small and that is the difficulty in the slow down putting together. This although wasn’t a real problem you can do it. It isn’t 100% sturdy but very sturdy for my drawing and other applications. You will be satisfied with your purchase. it is also discounted right now.

Everything arrived, complete, nothing broken.. easy to assemble, sturdy, sharp looking. I'm 5ft 4... And standing in front of it, with it raised, I can see myself painting at it too... The side table is easy to move to the other side if need be.

Love this desk. Easy to order, the price was good and came very fast and in perfect shape. Took me 3 hours to put together but I am a 73 year old senior with hip, back and knee issues so I had to take my time. The instructions were spot on. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very sturdy, high quality, adjustable, and packaged well. It took some time to assemble, but it was worth it.

This was a bit of a challenge to put together, but in a fun way, and I was able to do it by myself. Once put together, it is a sturdy, useful and lovely drawing table.

This is a nice art desk, as it should be for $224. However, upon opening the perfectly undamaged box we discovered that the flat drawer that slides out had a bent area along the back, because the metal is so thin and flimsy. I was able to pound it back in shape with a mallet, but it will never be like new. Drawer also sticks and is hard to pull, does not come out fully which makes it hard to reach items in the back (see photo). Assembly took about 40 minutes, I agree with other reviewer the drawer slides should have been attached by the manufacturer. You will need Goo Gone to get off the sticker residue from the "tempered glass" sticker, and I suggest computer screen cleaner and a microfiber rag for the constant fingerprints. I wanted to ask for a new drawer, but I see no way to contact SD designs.

Bought one that was returned for about half price. Missing one suction cup for the glass side table, otherwise all pieces in the box. Overall quality and sturdiness is very good for the discounted price. Really like the design and glass top.
