This is a salt mill with a ceramic grinding mechanism and shouldn't list the word "pepper" in the title. Bisetti makes pepper mills with carbon steel grinding mechanisms.

Best pepper grinder on the market!
Great pepper grinder. We stopped buying the plastic pepper grinders and went with this model and it does a great job, looks amazing and the price is fantastic. It is made in Italy and works as great as it looks.
