Built 5224057 PureFlow Leakproof Coffee Travel Mug with 360 Degree Sipper, Stainless Steel, 470 ml (16½ oz) - Teal

I have to sip water continuously throughout the day and night as medication dries my mouth out these flasks are amazing. Filled with cold water a slice of lemon and a large ice cube it keeps ice cold for so long 6 hours on a warm day and much l9nger when the weather is cooler. You get no condensation which is a huge bonus for me. I did read reviews where people have experienced a lot of problems using these with hot drinks, I believe the lid which is plastic expands and leaves you unable to actually open the flask, some having to leave it for a couple of days but for a nice refreshing cold drink it could not get any better. The lid is a 360 degree drinking area, no matter where you can sip from it and when easily clicked shut there is no leakage at all. I have a few of these and the only down side is the gorgeous metallic pink colour scratches and with some around the area you drink from could render this unhygienic and they do not look good scratched which it seems impossible not to do. The black has a different paint finish, no scratches there and I have the plain stainless steel which is also perfect. To find a product that keeps my drinks cold, holds a good amount, is leakproof and no condensation (that can run off coasters and damage surfaces) I could not be any happier. Slight frustration with Amazon being the seller each colour is listed separately, I’ve co tatted them and explained the finish on one keeps scratching and my hygiene issues they keep insisting I have the same replacement colour which is false economy as a different colour and finish would not have these issues.

This is my second identical mug. I've had the first for 4 years, and only bought the second one for when the original eventually succumbs to either age, or a nasty accident (which is more likely), and I'm scared Built may stop making them. Even though it has been dropped, bashed and stolen by a neighbours dog (long story), it still keeps my morning coffee hot for hours without pre-warming. The paint has mostly peeled off, but that just adds character.It's a bit of a pain to clean - especially when used for tea/coffee all the time - the inside gets badly tannin stained quite quickly. If this bothers you, take the lid off and fill with hot tap water, then place a dishwashing tablet in the mug and leave overnight. In the morning, empty the mug and run a dishcloth round the inside quickly. The tannins literally peel off the inside. It's quite disgusting, but awesomely cool at the same time.You'll need to remove and clean the silicone seal regularly. Make sure to put it back in the correct way, or your mug won't be spill-proof. It's quite tight to start with, but gets easier over time.For anyone reading other reviews that may concern:1. It is possible to pressure lock the mug. This only happens when the mug is new, with temperature change when sealed, and a lot of air inside. If you drink most of your coffee and then seal the lid, eventually you will have difficulty opening it. Don't force it - the air pressure is significantly stronger than you are. Simply put it in the kitchen sink, and carefully pour some boiling water onto the lid. Leave it for 10-15 minutes for the air inside to warm up again, empty out and you'll be able to unscrew the lid as normal. Using tools for a better grip will only damage the lid and cause frustration.

I bought this to replace my old travel mug as I'm trying to reduce my use of plastics.I really like the design of the mug. It's a good size, it fits in the cup holder in my car and it's easy to hold.It is also leakproof, although after reading some other reviews I was very hesitant to close the lid tightly and only closed it as much as was needed to prevent any leaks.It is very good at keeping drinks hot. I need to leave the lid off for a few minutes, otherwise it's too hot for me.The only thing I miss from my old travel cup is that I didn't need to take the lid off in order to drink from it.

Easily the best travel-flask I've ever bought !. No leaks whatsoever, holds a fair amount AND keeps my tea piping hot !. Ignore the 'problems' with the lid - a sharp tug to the left and it's sorted !. It has a solid, well-built feel about it - I don't know what the coating is but it IS nice to the touch !. . I've bought several travel-flasks and I can honestly say that this one is the best - so much so I've just ordered another one just in case of loss !

I love this drinks cup. It has never leaked. My husband tightens it too much and I then struggle to get the lid off but it really doesnt need to be on so tight as it definitely doesnt leak! The white lid is getting discolour on the inside (I drink tea from it), which isn't visable when in use and the inside is staining again not visable but I like things to be clean so I give it a bleach now and then. But it probably doesn't really need it. It's great to be able to drink from anywhere around the lid and it keeps my drinks hot literally all day, I sometimes twist the lid up to the drinking position just to cool it a little on my commute. It's also a really comfortable shape to hold and fabulous quality.
