The media could not be loaded.  OMG!!! This is soooo fun!!! I can talk to my pet, listen to her hauling, haha, when I talk via the camera, she is hauling to reply me, probably saying where are you mom? I am so lonely, walk me outside bla bla bla Lolvery funny. This treater is amazing, you can monitor your pet, and even give a treat during the day when you not home. I bought it for 3 weeks already, I use it to monitor my baby almost every day when I am not home. One feeder can use for so many ways, totally worth the money!!! And it’s so easy to install, take around 2 minutes, download the app, connect the WiFi, and face your phone to the camera to scan the barcode, very easy to install!

Would have been a nice product but does not work consistently. Set up was about as simple as other similar cameras, the app was easy to find and use although does seem like a poorly made app with a lot of broken English in it.After setting it up the camera worked okay, and gave a good picture of the room where we keep our dog. The voice connection worked well and the treat dispenser worked great, I filled it with kibblrs and it would dispense 2 or 3 of them at a time. Doesn't shoot out far but enough that the kibblrs would clear the counter and then bounce of the floor where my dog would be waiting for them.Unfortunately, the camera does not work consistently. After closing the app and logging back in it would not connect and had to repeat the setup process. Had the same issue multiple times while trying to access the camera while not at home. There is also poor support for multiple users on the same camera in the app. I ended up returning this because it will not keep a consistent connection.

I love this product. I bought it to check in on my cats while I was at work. At first they were pretty freaked out by the noise it makes when it’s preparing to launch treats, but now it’s a welcomed sound and they come running! My only (super small) issue is that the loading time to connect to the camera can get a little long. Also, the microphone doesn’t seem to pick up any noise but reverb from itself, but I never have a need to use that feature so it’s not bothersome to me. I’ve talked about this product to anyone who will listen!

It gets the job done, but the app is terrible. Connecting to the camera takes forever when setting up and you better set it up where you want it because unplugging it causes a whole other set of problems. The treat dispenser his really noisy and spooks my dog, so you might need to teach your dog that the noise=treats.My main issue is the app. It needs a lot of work and hopefully they fix it

This is one fun little machine. Easy to set up; App is very straightforward, and I haven't had any problems with it crashing my iPhone X. The video quality is very clear and I like being able to talk to my dogs while I'm away. The quiet motor sound it makes when getting ready to dispense is enough to prompt my pups to gather around and wait for their treat! The suction cups on the bottom help to stabilize the unit, and there is also the option to secure it to a wall. It would be great if the dispenser had the capability to be battery-powered to eliminate having to be near an electrical outlet. Overall, very entertaining and useful!

Once my building changed the WIFI SSID, i was unable to get the mach9ne reconnected. It is now an expensive paperweight.

For the price, this product really cannot be beat!!! And I've owned and used mine for a couple months now so I can speak about it's durability. Especially because the way it has to be mounted, it's eye level with my dog (75 lb lab mix) and when he's bored he'll stand there and lick the place the treats come out for hours.. and somehow this thing still works! I can see / hear him, talk to him and dispense treats on the floor. The sound quality is AMAZING. I can hear him chewing his bone 10 feet away from the camera. The quality of the camera is also fantastic! This device has completely cured my dog's HORRENDOUS separation anxiety. We recently moved and I had to figure out a way to stop him from destroying our new house. Before, he would try to chew and claw his way through the door to get out and come find me. Now he lays in there calmly and waits for treats. Yes, it is a little loud when it dispenses the treats so if you have a small or timid dog then this device might not be for you. My boy LOVES the sound because he knows what it means, he'll come running from the other side of the house if he hears it spit treats on the floor. I couldn't be happier with this product and for the price, you honestly cannot beat it!!!

This thing sucks. It was easy enough to install and I thought it was going to be a great Furbo dupe, but alas. I’ve had it for a couple months now and about 75% of the time when I open the app to check on my dog, I just get a black screen that won’t connect to the live feed. I have various Alexa devices, a smart thermostat, etc that work just fine when I’m away, so I know it’s not my wifi. This thing is just more of a headache than anything because I just get annoyed when I want to check on my dog and can’t get anything to show up. Incredibly inconsistent and unreliable, I would not recommend.
