Fabulous, best backing powder ever

Been using Dr. O’s backing powder forever, just works, gold standard for consisten rise. Works well beyond expiry date if stored dark and dry, freezer works well.

I've had a hard time finding these. Amazon now makes them available on my doorstep. One packet seems to work with each batch of cookies made. Each packet makes it easy and with no measuring required - just open the packet and pour.

The items came in good condition and have a good expiration date.

I’ve used these for years but they are no longer available locally. I like that I don’t have to throw out baking soda because it’s expired, no waste with these packets. They keep for years as long as it’s unopened.

The product itself is fine , I use it all the time . This was the first time however I bought it from amazon/ a vendor from the amazon marketplace. The item arrived yesterday August 1. 2019 . The consume by date on the package is April 2019 - 4.2019. That is “only” four months after the expiration date ...This is an item with a relatively long shelf life so whatever you buy in July 2019 should not expire before sometime in 2020 ! In case you wonder I’m german and can read everything on the package (it’s in German) and am very familiar with European expiration dates. This is not an error on my part.So I do recommend this product but don’t buy from this vendor because their stuff is old.Also it’s a non returnable item - so then you have to call customer service, get past the automated system, speak to an actual person in order to get a refund etc...
