I use them constantly at work, modifying and upgrading computers. My only complaint is that I was shipped only the pointed spudgers, two identical ones per package (I ordered two packages). Unfortunately, I use the rounded end ones far more often. I wish there was a way to order just those since I'm reluctant now to reorder this item. I don't want to wind up with even more pointy spudgers.Edit: I noticed that these items are "fulfilled by Amazon" and so it's most likely that the issue isn't the fault of the company but rather a picking error by Amazon. The company has been in touch and we hope to rectify the error. I needed screw drivers anyways so no problem. Because my laptop was never opened before, the spudgers took quite a lot of damage from all the sliding across the seams and being force inserted into the seams. After all the hassles, the spudgers weren't sharp enough to be inserted into narrow seams but they did succeed in doing their job. They also did not bend or break abruptly while I widened the seams.
