I am very pleased with the look of it. It is so quiet when you mechanically move the parts. It was also super helpful that it came assembled. All I had to do was attach the arm rests and head piece which were both very easy. I’m not good with putting things together so I was so thankful for this convenience! The only downside is that I may need to place a rolled up towel in the crease in the lower back area when the table is completely flat because that area is not supported. But that’s my only gripe, and I don’t know how that could have even been avoided when making it bc it needs to crease to fold into the chair functionality. The head pillow adds extra comfort while sitting in an upright or leaned back position. It is also easy to sanitize while following the CDC guidelines during this pandemic. I am opening my new business this week and I’m so excited for my clients to experience this chair! The customer service with this company was hands down some of the best I have received. The rep was courteous and kind and very helpful. I would recommend buying from this seller for any of your salon/spa needs.
