I read that alba ceylon cinnamon from sri lanka is the highest quality cinnamon, is your sticks and powder form both the alba type of ceylon cinnamon?

Alba grade primarily refers to the diameter of the Ceylon Cinnamon sticks (6mm max diameter) and 0% foxing (a term used to describe reddish-brown warps caused by dampness) and not necessarily quality. What is more important is the amount of essential oil, volatile ash, ash, moisture, coumarin and heavy metals which we test for in each batch. Without testing there can big be variations in quality. We sell the C5 grade because at 12mm diameter it is the right size for practical uses and while it may not look quite as nice with 15% foxing and it has good levels of essential oils. Technically Alba grade could be good but the reality is it often has lower essential oils because it is too thin and is overly expensive for what it is. No point in looking good if the quality is not there.
