This is really delicious! I added it on top of cottage cheese to veggies and pasta… very versatile. I wish it came in smaller size as you only need a teaspoon…it last 30 days opened in the fridge.

This is hands-down, the best for making a delicious tomato, cucumber, chickpea salad. The price has gone up since tariffs started, but I’m still going to buy this in bulk whenever I can because nothing else I’ve tried gives this flavor profile.

This tasted fine and it was packaged well so no leaks. However i prefer the the taste of the old formulation ("middle eastern").

was introduced to rose harissa because of the Ottolenghi Simple cookbook we have. Really enjoy the recipes and cannot find rose harissa in the stores (and you can not buy it directly from Belazu). I've ordered and it has arrived leaking, which is probably fine but it is supposed to be refrigerated after opening. I now order when the weather is cool and buy several at a time so they come better padded in shipping.

Came opened with contents spilled into packaging. They do NOT refund or replace which is ridiculous! It isn’t cheap and I really loved this product so am bummed that I won’t be ordering again. Get it together and figure out how to package your product or you’ll lose other loyal customers too!!

Excellent harissa at a steep price. The flavor is great, the heat is there, but not overpowering. Tip: Mix some with good olive oil to make a great dipping sauce. We used to buy it regularly in a larger container for my mediterranean restaurants, but I can't see that larger size on Amazon.

A delicious tasting experience. It’s blend of savoury ingredients that add to with vegetables, lamb , apricots and added water makes a super and filling dish. I make it in my tagine and serve with rice . I often reserve some paste to cover boiled potatoes and fry them off to serve with the main meal also if there’s lots of family coming for tea. Quite a Delightful experience all round!

Cooking international meals has you searching the the "HIt" taste. This is nothing like you ever tasted. It has heat, but just enough, and a savory softness, It says made with roses. But there is no after taste of it. Shashuska's will be memorable with this harissa. It stands on it's own for tasty harissa. Wonderful product. It fits in every meal. Highly recommend it. 5*****

Ho scoperto la Rose Harissa grazie a Yotam Ottolenghi e ho deciso di acquistarla per preparare le famose Pappardelle con Rose Harissa, capperi e olive. Nell’harissa il piccante è intenso ma non copre il resto dei sapori, le note della rosa si sentono ma non sono fastidiose, anzi, nell’insieme aiutano a stemperare il resto degli aromi. Il prezzo con cui viene proposta la Rose Harissa su Amazon non è basso ma vale la pena acquistarla per la resa nelle ricette ottolenghiane. In etichetta riportano che una volta aperta la salsa va consumata entro 4 settimane

Me he hecho adicta a esta salsa. La combinación de sabores es increíble y es ideal para platos del Oriente Medio. Pollo asado con esa salsa y limones encurtidos es una combinación fantástica.
