Received brand new item in sealed condition. Working fine.

It comes with a flexible steel cable and a probe at the end which can be put into the Oven/OTG and door can be closed without kinking the cable. The alarm rings when the temperature reaches the set temperature. Increases efficiency in baking.

After 4 years of use in a semi-commercial setup (bakery), still going strong (after multiple falls). It just fell again today and once we put it back together, was working fine. Thats what prompted me to write this review. It's gone through a lot (handled by floured and wet hands) and been used as a timer and temperature checks of our ovens, even lost the cap of the probe for few months, but still shows the readings quite accurately. I just wish they didn't have the presets for temperature settings or at least had an option where it was not preset. But its not a big bother.Will recommend strongly, if they've maintained the quality. Thank you ThermoPro.

Works as advertised. It revolutionized our cooking. I used it for creating broasted chicken in a carefully temperature managed deep fryer. The chicken came out excellent. Use it regularly for baking cakes. I even tried American T Bone steak. Very useful if you are an obsessive cook.The only con, there should have been a mute button for the alarm when we use it as a temperature thermostat.

The product is working well right now. The readings seem to be almost accurate. Will use it for over the next 3 months before I write a fresh review about its longevity and accuracy in the long run.

Easy switch between C and F. Use it while roasting chicken and pork in the oven and the bbq.
