J'ai acheté ce produit pour faire des tisanes vu que cette plante est bénéfique et permet la réduction des symptômes du stress, de l’anxiété, de la nervosité et de l’insomnie grâce à ses effets sédatifs. Je recommande, par contre il ne faut pas en utiliser trop pour ne pas avoir ses effets toxiques.
