It is the story of Kat and Ian. I loved those two characters in the book. But all of the characters in the book were well fleshed out and just as an important part of the book as the main characters. When you read this book you have to fasten your seatbelts because this book is a roller coaster of emotions and plot. I started reading and got to a point that I couldn't put it down and even when I had to put it down thoughts of Kat and Ian were in my head. Kat and her sister went through so much abuse at the hand of their father. The person though I disliked the most was their Mother who at times seemed oblivious at times and did nothing to protect her daughters. The book was so well written. This is proof that a book doesn't need to have a lot of cursing and graphic sex in it to be very good. It is about the story. And, the author handled the romance part so well that any adult should be able with their imagination to get the idea of what was going on and the feelings that Kat and Ian had for one another. I look forward to reading more of this author's books.
