I’ve been using Jamieson Probiotics 5 Billion Active Cells - Regular Strength for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with the results. Very good probiotics, I'm using it for couple of years now and it help out with my bloating and heaviness after breakfast! I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I used it for many months, however, I found it is a bit dependency, have to continue with it to avoid stomach pain. Now I stopped to consume it, seems still fine.
