Box arrived and it did contain fove (5) packets. However, the expiration date on each package was January 2025. Since it is already November 2025, it is clear the packets are long past the expiration date. Unfortunately, I cannot return them. I strongly suggest anyone considering the purchase of this item, Alsa Levure Bpoulanger Briochin, contemplate the purchase as you have no recourse when you receive out of date product.
