Good item
Item is going to be used for mixing model paint....Tried on a couple of bottles using the batteries....Did somewhat of a satisfactory job.....Used the AC-DC Charger and had excellent results....Naturally more power using the charger....Also noted that on the box, it is printed to use 4 D Cell batteries....Sorry seller but no way can D Cell batteries be used.....Let's try 4 AA batteries and than will work...D Cell are just a might larger than the AA batteries. Other than that minor error, item meets my requirements and am pleased with it...

Broke after a few days
Works well when it works but itโs loud. Stopped working with the AC adapter after a day but would still work on batteries, which is astoundingly confusing. On 4 fully charged batteries, itโs shaking speed is slow. Donโt buy

Works great, good value
Nice heavy construction, works great, a little noisy but that's from the vibration not the machine itself.

Does the job well but vibrates on a frequency that messes with electronics
This little shaker was purchased to help my husband mix paint colors for painting figures. Great product, does the job, sorta loud but not obnoxious. SUPER WEIRD THOUGH cause it causes the music coming through my headphones to break up and makes my tv streaming stop like my internets out when he lets the shaker run longer than a few seconds. It must shake on some frequency that messes with electronics. Hulu starts right back when I turn it off though. I thought that was kinda cool honestly but he has to warn me itโs gonna pause when heโs mixing his colors though which is kinda annoying.

Time saver
So far I've had no problems from the shaker. I use it for my model paints and tattoo inks. I just strap the bottle in, push the button and in a few minutes I have perfectly blended paints. Saves a lot of time and energy. I would definitely recommend.

Easy
Very easy to use; saves time & effort. Using it for hobby paints. Could be faster.

Good value. Works well for acrylic paints.
Made cheaply, but it does the job. Good value.

It's pretty loud and less effective than a vortex mixer
I typically use vortex mixers to help with stubborn paint markers, model paints and enamels but when I needed to replace one I decided to try this style out instead. It's really more of an 'agitator' than a mixer in the way it just moves side to side with a lot of vibration which makes a ton of noise regardless of which surface I try it on. Also it uses a button as an on/off which is far less pleasant to use than the pressure activated vortex mixers. The only advantage to that is you can strap in an extraordinarily stubborn item and leave it the vibrate for as long as you want instead of having to hold it down. I use still sometimes in one of my work areas but it's really not great for markers compared to the vortex style. Considering you can find a vortex mixer around this same price mark I would recommend going the vortex route.

Arrived broken
Arrived broken. Supposed to have tabs to hold the straps in place but they are clearly broken off and not in the box. Thanks for sending me someone else's defect. On a positive note, it does shake the paint after i improvised a velcro strap to hold the bottle in place. 2 stars, at best.
