I bout this menstrual cup 3 years ago, still love it and it has paid for itself many times over! Love the design especially the ring! It is sturdy, easy to grasp and makes manipulating and removing the cup so much easier than other cups with a stem, especially as a bigger woman with a belly and not great flexibility. I suck at being prepared for my cycle so this is so easy to keep in my purse, car, or locker and once you start using it you are set for the whole cycle, no additional supplies or planning needed. The first cup I ordered was the wrong fit, the company did as promised and sent me one that fit correctly no hassle at all. Overall love this product! Bought a spare even though the first is still like new, cuz again I suck at planning. Love, love, love!!!

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to give some helpful feedback on this cup. I tried another cup previously with a stem. The cup basically kept moving high up to my cervix and was almost impossible to reach and remove. I read and read all kinds of information and eventually determined 1) my cervix is high and 2) my muscles and the suction of the cup pulled it up to where I couldn't reach, even using all the techniques I'd read about for "stuck cups." So I bought this one because of the loop at the end. The loop is very firm and allowed me to get a fingertip high enough to pull and break the suction. I still have to squat and bear down as before but now it's a 1-2 minute job for me instead of 20 minutes when I was first learning with the other cup. I've only used it for 1 cycle and it will probably become a faster and easier experience. My point is: if you want to give up on menstrual cups altogether because they ride so high you can't reach them, this might be a good option for you. I am waiting until they create a cup about an inch longer with a loop; that would be perfectly easy for me to remove quickly and easily, but I haven't yet seen one like that. Hopefully this helps!

I love my new cup. This was my first time trying one at all and there was a bit of a learning curve but I eventually got the hang of it. I wasn’t putting it in correctly at first and it was painful to put in, painful to remove, leaky, and wouldn’t open properly. I sent the company an email and they were so helpful and offered to send a different size immediately! I eventually figured out that all my problems were caused by user error and now I love it so much! Inserting the cup (when done properly) is actually fairly easy and I can’t feel it at all once it’s in. I still need practice getting it out smoothly but I will get the hang of that too! If you are a first time user, watch some YouTube videos with the different ways to fold it because you may find that folding it a different way helps to put it in easier! I haven’t tried any other cups to compare with this one but I purchased this product because of the ring at the bottom! I have no idea how people remove the other kind without something to hold on to! If you have ANY problems, let them know and they will help you....just ask!

I gave this product 4stars because it was a nice sturdy cup, cute color, came on time, packaged great. However i will not be using this cup. Heres why...I was disappointed in the size, it says medium but was very small. Same size as my small luna cup(which is no enough for me on my heavy days).Also i thought i needed the extra firm because i keep havung issues with cups not popping open. I was wrong, this cup is VERY firm which made it hard to insert, the punch down fold was best for me with this cup. It also was very uncomfortable inside me and kept sliding down because of the firmness. So its true this is an extra firm cup, so if thats what you need...this is your cup. Just keep in mind the medium cup is the same as most other small sized cup. The suction is very good on the cup, so strong that i xannot even use the ring to pull cup down. I still had to bare down and pinch the cup, i actually had to kind of fold the cup to get it out because removing the cup was bbn painful because of the firmness.

I wish I had found this product sooner!! I LOVE it! So much more hygienic than tampons. You have no idea what is in the cotton with tampons, with this you can be assured its clean. And it really does last about 12 hours without leaking. It didnt come with instructions which I thought was odd, so I watched a video on YT and figured it out. Was a very easy transition. Less cramping, cleaner, no smell. And you can use the restroom easy, no issues there. The suction isnt uncomfortable when removing like other brands can be. Stays in place, simple to use (once you learn how it fits for your body) Pinch and fold, insert and massage around base until it opens up and feels like a bell. Took me 2 days to get good at it. Now I can use it just as quick as a tampon. I bought two so I could carry a clean one because I didnt trust it to not leak but so far, I havent had any troubles. Its looks big at first but don't worry its very flexible and fits nicely. Once its in place, you wont even feel it. I love the loop on the end, makes removal easy. Better for the environment and saves money. I couldn't be happier.

I tried really hard to get the right size but found that it leaks. This is not my first time using a cup so I do have quite a bit of experience.

This is my second cup. The first one (from a different brand) was way too soft, I couldn’t get it to open no matter what folds I tried or body position. This being extra firm, it takes 10 seconds to insert and open. Insertion is mildly uncomfortable given it’s not as soft and flexible as some, but I’d rather have slight, temporary discomfort for a working product than one that’s easy to get in and is virtually useless. I can’t feel it at all inside, I thought I would since it’s harder. This is definitely worth it, probably one of the best cups to get if you’re petite and new to cups.

Boiled it and followed directions before first use and the whole pit turned white with like a powder so odd. I do like how the company offers different sizes and firmness levels.
