They run a bit small
I purchased an "adult" size, which says it is widely adjustable. I have a 34" waist, and I had to use almost the entire available belt (it has an adjustable clip). It does fit me, and seems to be well made.

i don't know what "Adult" they measured this on, but I wear size 38 belt and this barely made it from one hip to the other. The ends definitely didn't touch let alone get near enough to clasp.
