Review: Best steamer/iron ever, well worth the money. - I have back issues and can’t stand for long and even less when leaning. I bought this initially as a steamer, when it came I was pleasantly surprised to find the size of the ironing head. Overall it was larger than expected but not in a bad way. I can iron without leaning with the long handle and it’s well built. The seamer is great, I steam on hangers using the collapsed ironing board against a wall. Love this but the husband keeps pinching it and beating me to the ironing as it’s so easy now. Only 1 issue which is understandable when you see the machine is that you have to heed topping up the water, which I don’t mind at all really. When you see the price next to others why wouldn’t you buy this. I couldn’t be happier.

**Q: Why is there a water stain in the tank of my garment steamer?**
A: Because before the sale, we need to inject water to check if the steam outlet is normal. Please don't worry, this is just a test, not a used one.

**Q: Can this be used to freshen up a suit between dry cleanings?**
A: I used it only on my trousers as I travel a lot and it worked

**Q: Does this steamer require soft water or is hard water fine?**
A: I use distilled water so it will last longer and won't get lime scale.

**Q: Does it really take all wrinkles out? I used many steamers before any many of them didn't take hard wrinkles out**
A: I would say it takes 70% wrinkles away. Mine works well on larger area such as front and back but for smaller area like sleeves and belt it doesn’t look a big difference.
