Great quality. All around.
This is really simple to install. I did it myself, replacing a light from the 80s above my garage door. Everything is adjustable. I am close to neighbors, dogs and cats and I did not want the light to be so sensitive it stays on all night. It does not. I was able to adjust it to where the light goes on for motion within 10ft from the front of my garage. The lowest brightness setting, and you can still see everything but without burning your retina. Love.

Good security lighting.
I installed two of these in front of a large hangar. They come on at dusk and stay on for several hours, then switch to sensor mode, only coming on when it detects movement. Hope they have a long lifespan. We will see if they are still working after 5 to 10 years.

Bright light, good motion sensor
Works great. Hard to install on a flush surface without an electrical box.

Lasted almost a full week!
You know what's less fun than installing a light off of an extension ladder? Spending bonus time on the ladder trouble shooting it and then eventually removing it when it starts to spazz out. The light was nice and bright when it worked which was for around 3 days before it started to come on in broad daylight and strobe but quit coming on at night. It was kind of expensive for something that didn't make it a week.

Almost a Great Outdoor Light
I've been looking for an outdoor motion light that will be lit dimly until it senses motion, then increase brightness, and this unit does just that. Unfortunately, it could be better. Good: - The color temperature of the light can be set. Most LED lights are blazingly white, and this allows the color of the "always-on" light to be adjusted. - Various options for how the always-on "accent" light and motion-detecting "security" light behave. - Easy mounting and seems to be better waterproofed than other outdoor lights which have failed when water entered the electronics. Bad: - Color temperature only adjusts the "accent" light. "Security" light is always the whitest light. - "Accent" and "security" lights are still too bright; I wish they could be adjusted to be dimmer. - Programming the options isn't the most straightforward. - Sometimes the light gets confused and doesn't turn off the "accent" light when it should (dusk-dawn or set time.) Resetting using the light switch is a bit clumsy. - It would be nice if the "security" light would ramp brightness up and down when it senses motion, rather than the binary hard on/off that it does.

Great Purchase
This light was probably one of the easiest lights I have ever installed. Lights up my back yard better than my previous light and the motion sensor works like a champ. I did notice that with the recent cold weather (15 degrees and less), the light had a tendency to stay on a little longer when triggered by motion. Once the temperatures reached above freezing the problem went away. I would still recommend this product.

Better than many
I tried several motion lights with LED bulbs and have returned several. This one offers 4 gradations of color for ambient lighting, 3 or 6 hours of ambient light after dark, and bright white light for motion. I wish it had a mode that would allow the bright light to come on for motion WHEN the ambient light is on, but this is a minor concern. The lights came with a nice wiring setup (no wire nuts necessary), very easy install, and the motion sensor setup works well and as described. The lights themselves seem fairly well constructed. I've had them up for about three weeks now without any issues. With so much junk out there, I thought I'd chime in with this rare review to save you all some time.

Frustratingly limited light fixture
I really wanted to love this light, but it’s so frustrating. For one thing, as other reviewers have mentioned, the settings are oddly limited. There’s no way to use the warm accent light with motion sensing, which means the only option is the extremely bright and harsh 5000k security setting. This might be ok in some settings, but where I mounted the light, on the side of my house, it shines into my neighbor’s windows, no matter how I direct the beams. The motion sensor also doesn’t have a sensitivity setting, other than distance, and even on the shortest distance, I still get too many false triggers, making the light a real nuisance. I then figured that I would just use the accent light manually, with the switch, but couldn’t get it to work. Supposedly, you should be able to flip the switch off and on within 3 seconds to manually turn the light on, but this seems to just turn on the harsh 5000k security light. Installation was a breeze, and the light came with everything needed, other than a screwdriver. Unfortunate, but I think this light is going back.
