I usually wear size B if wearing legg's pantyhose. I read the reviews and product size info prior to making my purchase. My weight fluctuates between 125-145 lbs., so keeping that in mind I always try selecting sizes that will accommodate that issue. Pantyhose are not always comfortable, either too tight in the waist, roll down at waist, or seem to sag in the crotch which is quite annoying. Color can be another problem if you're like me, "Varicose Veins". With all of that being said, so far I'm pleased that I bought the size 4=L, in natural. You can see my veins, but not as badly as I would have thought. For me, they are a keeper. I haven't worn them all day yet, but I think they are going to be just fine.
