Intense Gel Eyeliner, Eye Makeup with Antioxidant Vitamin E, Bold Precision Eyeliner, Smudge- and Water-Resistant, Jet Black, 0.004 oz

I really struggle to find eye makeup that stays put on my eyelids, regardless of how waterproof/smudge proof things claim to be. There's another brand that I really like color-wise that claims to have staying power, but without primer it wears off by lunch. This eyeliner goes on so smooth, with rich color, and it hasn't budged all day. In 110 degree Arizona heat. I'm in awe that something this good, and safe for contact lens wearers, is so affordable - just reordered to make sure I don't run out this fall!!

I switched to this eyeliner after wearing liquid eyeliner waterproof for years and I'll tell you why. I am a 54-year-old woman who always use liquid eyeliner but as we age, we tend to get little teeny wrinkles underneath our eyes oh joy the liquid was actually getting in the creases so I decided to buy this Neutrogena gel eyeliner and let me tell you it is a game changer! I love it and I have it on subscription now. The only warning I would make is that it breaks easy so don't press too hard and don't roll it out too long. Otherwise this is waterproof and it works for my never-ending watery eyes.

Like the ease of applying but the tip seems to break easily. I keep buying additional ones since they don't last long.

This is a great gel eyeliner. It goes on smooth. I would totally recommend buying it. I have allergies and have no issues with it.

I bought this because I love this brand. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The eyeliner is $9. I had high hopes. Sat down this morning to do my make up and the "gel" is rock hard. I had to press hard on a piece of cardboard to get it to work. I figured "okay, maybe it needs to be 'sharpened' a bit" so I did that. Nope. The tip just broke off. Okay, maybe this time it will work. Nope. Not at all. Zero glide. Zero color. Zero function. Maybe try buying it at an actual store but otherwise, hard pass.

Not sure about this product. First pencil was dry, broke often, could not smudge, and didn't seem to last long. I will try the second one and see how it goes. If the same, I will not reorder and would not recommend. Seems like the product is old. Will be checking lot number with manufacturer. Will update if I find anything different about these two pencils. For now..buyer beware. Edit: verified the batch number and product is from 6/28/24 manufacture date...could be why it's dry.

I love this eyeliner it's very smooth and very bright. I like the quality and the most a like is that last all day on my skin..

I really love this eyeliner but am frustrated that the black hasn't been in stock for quite some time. When do you expect to have it available again?

Promete mucho. Lo compré por que tiene buenas reseñas,se aplica bien, sin embargo no dura más de 7 hrs. Se parte y se cae a pedazos, mancha los ojos y solo te hace quedar en ridículo. Además me duró una semana.
