Update a year and a half later. Still great! I wear it to work everyday. Very durable. I wear it everytime I go swimming. This watch has been great! I waited about 4 days so I can get some use out of it and leave an informative review. My package came with the watch and a charger. The charger is not the original, as stated, but I haven't had any issues with it. I received it much earlier than it originally said. I actually still wouldn't have it according to the estimated arrival date it gave me at the time of purchase. I may eventually buy the actual charger they normally come with because it may charge faster but honestly this one works fine. No issues at all. My phone connected right to it the moment I turned the watch on. I thought I'd need to look up a manual or something for set up but your phone and watch walk you right through everything. The step counter is great and seems right on. The leopard print watch band pictured I ordered off of Etsy. It's super easy to use. It took a couple days for the write to text and voice to text to get used to me, but it has now. I've made and received phone calls without problem on it. As the listing says, it is refurbished so there is minor scratches and scuffs on the bezel but nothing that effects the use of the watch and it still looks nice. I've been getting about 2 days off of one charge which is great! To sum things up, I would say this is a great value for what you get! I paid about 1/3 of what I would have new and it's just as functional as though I had bought it new.

I recently purchased this product for my wife as a birthday gift. She has had it for 4 days now and absolutely loves it. The item came in generic packaging but came with the Samsung wall adapter, wireless dock and the extra band plus the instructions just as it would if it were brand new. Speaking of which, you could not tell one bit that this watch was refurbished one bit and looked brand new. This was the best gift I've gotten my wife to date and she has not let a day go by without telling me how much she loves the watch. So far everything has operated properly and she's getting really good battery life so far. She's only had one issue and that was during charging. The watch stopped charging and displayed a message that the watch was too hot. She removed the watch from the dock for a few minutes and then placed it back. The watch continued to charge til it was full without any further hiccup and that was the only one she's had since she's gotten it. So far a great product.

Ok. So, I tried the Fitbit Versa before this. I was looking for something that tracked basic fitness stuff, but more importantly, something that I could see notifications at a glance. I do a lot of online buying and selling, so sometimes the notifications are important and sometimes not. I am pretty dang tech savvy. I researched and went through all of the troubleshooting, and COULD NOT get my Versa to receive my notifications from texts, emails, and facebook! This Galaxy Watch on the other hand, has been so easy to use! The quick little tutorial shows you where to find everything you will need and it synced up really fast! Five minutes out of the box and I was driving away with a new downloaded custom watch face (free!!) and everything set up to the way I like it. It's gorgeous and there are tons of watch bands here on Amazon to change it up! I got one that is rose gold with rhinestones on its way for those special occasions. But, speaking of watch bands, let me also say that I really like the feel of this silicone band. The one on the Fitbit Versa seemed to stick to me more than this one. The material just feels better! $20 extra dollars for a warranty that covers accidents, too!! ALWAYS!! It's only been a couple of days, so if anything terrible happens, I'll update this review, but so far I absolutely love it!!

I just got my watch last night. It was at 50% when I turned it on. I also noticed that instead of 2 bands I gotten 1.5. bands. Did the seller forget to check the box before send the product out?🤔 Before going to bed I put it on it's charging station so that it can be 100% in the morning. I got up, so far so good until I went downstairs. It wasn't even 5 minutes and I saw that it was already at 80%. I also noticed when I was wearing it that the watch was really hot. In less than an hour it was already down to 18%. This is a refurbished watch. I would think the manufacturer fixed all the bugs before selling it. Don't get me wrong. I really wanted this watch. My husband bought it for me for Christmas. It's was really beautiful. And it has alot of neat functions that i wanted to use whether at home, work or outside. But if it's gonna drain that quickly I don't think I'll be able to do anything.😕 So I'm going to return mines.

The watch itself looks great...no scratches and it was easy to set up on my phone. The only real issue I'm experiencing is getting it to charge to 100% every time. The watch seems to slide on the charger and not maintain whatever contact it requires for full charging. It will typically only get to 60 or 70%. I also had to purchase a new watch band because the one provided was too large. The price was great though for someone who just wanted to see if they actually liked this type of watch. I would say it's worth the price.

My boyfriend originally got himself one and when my mom tried it on she loved it as well. She's not super tech savvy but didn't have many problem with this (we also helped set it up for her. xD). The few complaints she has is the face is super sensitive, so it tends to sometimes turn on when bed sheets touch it. There is the option to turn that function off so it wouldn't light up the room when she rolled at night. However, true to mom fashion, she said she didn't want to turn it off because she liked the touch screen aspect and didn't want to turn it back on during the day. After seeing my mom and boyfriend have them for a while, I actually got myself one as well. So we have bought 3. The other reviews are correct in saying that it's hit or miss if you get the 2nd band and a decent charger. My boyfriend's watch kept saying to use the original charger and took forever to charge. My watch had no problems with the charger it came with and my mom's didn't either, though charging was slow. She, however, was the only one to receive the 2nd band. Both bf and I bought different chargers for around $10 each and we also bought a pack of new bands that had around 8 different colors for $15, which I love because I get to change out the colored band whenever I want. So as long as you are aware of the potential drawbacks and are okay with maybe buying something a little extra to make this watch perfect, then this is a great option as a new one is around $300. I would recommend, regardless of the charger you get, buying a new charger that is compatible with this watch. My bf charges his every night and I charge mine every 3ish days. We both use them from different reasons. He uses his for work as he spends most of his day running around a large building, micromanaging people. This watch is able to receive his work emails in real time because he uses the WiFi to connect to his phone, so he doesn't have to be near his phone all the time. I, however, mostly use this for the alarms, texting features and heart rate monitors, so my uses are less intensive. My mom charges hers every 3-4ish days as she uses it mostly for sleep tracking and text alerts. All in all, I am happy with the purchases and would say to give it a try.
