This works wonders on my mental health while living with lyme disease issues for 20 years. Yes it tastes terrible. No it doesn't dissolve in liquid. If you can't get it into a gel capsule, blend it with a strong tasting food like hummas or a spicy sauce. I put it in my daily yogurt-grain combination. A pound bag lasts a year at half the price of a bottle of Zango which lasts only a week.

This adds a decent fruity flavor to a smoothie and mixes pretty well if using a blender. Of course for how it helps my sinuses I wouldn’t care if it didn’t. Good stuff though. Better than my previous one and I thought it was fine

So I added one spoon of Mangosteen Powder to my usual apple/Pineapple/Blueberry smoothie and it taste good, my only issue is that it now it felt powdery on my tongue! I will try soaking the powder before adding for a smoother taste next time.

For my husband. I cannot take it because I have naturally low blood sugar so when we accidentally put it in my smoothie I could tell.

It is very powdery so it's easy to choke while trying to swallow. I like a little more texture (personally). It did mix well in beverages and food.

This is my second review regarding the mangosteen powder. I tried putting this brown thing in my smoothy, but the taste of this so called mangosteen overwhelmed the usual taste of the smoothy!!! I don't know what this brown powder is, but I threw this ugly tasting powder pack in my trash can. I have tasted mangosteen many years ago, and I remember the taste and this powdered is nothing close to the real mangosteen. I don't recall ever purchasing anything as bad as this powder during my many years ordering natural health foods or supplements. This product looks like grounded horse manure.....DO NOT BUY THIS UNKNOWN THING!!!

I am disappointed that the product was not a powder. It will not dissolve in anything.
