I take one per day with water, and often I must chase it with more water to get it all the way down. Throughout the struggle it grates on my throat. It's unpleasant, and I suspect it isn't good for my throat. It's a shame, because these are a great price, I think they're third-party tested, and it's so easy to buy them on Amazon. I will have to stop taking them as-is, though. If I find something that has the same benefits and is easier to swallow—500mg tablets, maybe—I will switch. Edit: Since writing this review, I started chewing the tablets. Be warned, doing that can taste terrible, but it's fine if you have water in your mouth while you chew.
