These are my "go to" bags because of price and quality. I use it for everything from dividing up bulk foods to keep things fresh, aiding in my preservative free long term food storage, weekly food preparation, and emergency gear storage. I love freezing foods for storage, including sauces like my wife's homemade spaghetti sauce, which I double as a quick pizza sauce for the kids. I have her make a couple gallons and then pour them into food prep containers creating bricks that can easily be popped out of the flimsy container. From there I use this product to create many perfect size vacuum seal bags. Drop in a frozen brick of sauce, and vacuum seal it right away and place into the freezer for long term storage. I do the same with several wet foods, this was taught to me by my mother 20 years ago. My homemade jerky has no preservatives, so it needs to be kept in the freezer... this keeps it dry and free of any freezer burn, and you have a sturdy bag to keep it in for use on the road or river. I also love cooking meats, but I buy big sections and slice them myself. Full pork loins are a great example. I have cooked pork steaks, with options for 2-6 per package in my freezer. My son prefers to have them packaged raw and thawed for a fresher product while my wife enjoys to have them already cooked to temperature to heat and eat or use in other foods. The bricks stack up nicely and organized for an impressive selection. I am a hiker, kayaker, year round motorcyclist, and camper... and I started using this product to protect my gear. Everything from medication and medical supplies, to socks, underwear, shirt, hat... you will find several vacuum sealed bags in my daily carry bag so no matter what I ride through or if I fall off my kayak... I have dry gear with me, and confidence it will remain dry.

Much less expensive than regular food saver brand bags, but works and functions the same. Purchased this product multiple times.

These rolls of film for Food Saver are sturdy and a great value. They can be used in boiling water, so if you have left-overs that you don't want to use right now, you can freeze them and just drop them in boiling water to heat. I don't like them as well as some others I have bought because there are no lines in the margins to be able to cut them straight. I cut it very crooked. Other film I have bought had tiny marks in the margins to help cut it straight. I guess I could get a ruler and mark it, but that takes much more time.

These bags work great. They are really sturdy and thick. The only thing that may be a complaint for some is that there is no measurement marks on the bags. I have had others that every couple of inches there is a dashed line to use for relative size measurements when making multiple similar sized bags. Other than that small complaint, these bags are very good value for the money

This is a very good product if you want to keep meat from getting freezer burned and keep items fresh longer. I have started some prepping and have used this a lot already. The only issue I’ve had is that some of my dehydrated foods like potatoes and apples w/peels occasionally poke a hole in this. I just put them in a ziplock freezer back first, cut the zipper off then vacuum and seal and it works great!

It's a great price, doesn't fit seal a meal. Too big. But you can make it work. Save old roll.

These work quite well and the price is right. I like that the rolls have notches every so many inches, showing you where to cut if you want standard "bag length" pieces. This also gives you a visual guide if you want to cut lengths that are half or one-quarter the size of a standard bag. Much appreciated. I will be buying this again.

These sealer bags are as good as the bags that come with the sealer units but come in nice large rolls and are less expensive.
