Wir benutzen diesen Stempel in Kombination mit dem Buttershaker. Bei 200ml Sahne entstehen 75g Butter, also exakt 3 schöne Butterröschen. Mit der kleinen Beschreibung funktionierte es auf Anhieb.

Wie man sich eben einen Holz-Butterstempel vorstellt. Wir haben uns für die Blumenform entschieden, sie kommt wunderbar zur Geltung. Sie war nun bereits mehrfach im Einsatz und funktioniert nach wie vor einwandfrei. Keine Mängel, tolles Luxus-Produkt.

nach langer Suche
endlich gefunden.... so ein Teil hatten wir früher um für die Kurgäste die Frühstücksbutter abzumessen - heute nehme ich es um Butterportionen abzustechen und anschließend in Portionen einzufrieren.... insbesondere für selbstgemachte Kräuter- und Knoblauchbutter :)
