They are more expensive than some brands, but the tin is literally packed with chopped tomato. Some brands have quite a lot of liquid content to make up the bulk; these don’t. I use tinned tomatoes almost daily in sauces and drinks and these make a really refreshing tomato juice when blended with some crystal salt, ground black pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. They smell really fresh as the tin is opened and they’re my new favourite brand.
