Arrived on time Amazon Good as ever. Opened box well Packed. Got everything out. & I got a sinking feeling No Instruction. I Found a compliment card & went to a web page. No luck wasn't running. went to trusty Youtube & Found a few videos all showing how to put together. What a shock its been Upgraded. Great, i Have a Modern scanner with no support. searched for downloads, Firmware Even sent emails to an email address found. & logged onto there FB page. Both no reply well i Lie I was spammed from the FB Page. So followed old video went well you could work it out. Very sturdy Massive Bearing good reprep Drive. A New Logik camera Not correct size took ages to get it to fit. so needs a power supply it came with a US plug had to buy an Adaptor. Plugged in Nothing not even smoke it was nada checked everything Power supply in the range I even tested with a multi meter. So I Have waited a week for reply Nothing, Be warned & Beware. just so poor service, if anything goes wrong.

Product came with no instructions regards assembly, and no software to run it, further looking into it the Horus software that’s designed for this scanner is no longer available to even purchase separately

This product is ok for doing some hobby stuff and learning with, but don't expect to get perfect scans without a hell of a lot of work and adjustments, and I mean days worth. It's exactly what you would expect for the money, and a bit of fun to play with but that's it, you can't use it for anything of importance. So if you want a scanner for anything of importance then look elsewhere and spend more on it.

Well packet and the product looks good but no instructions how to put it together. One problem with this item there was no black and white sticker with this.

No Instructions supplied. They are emailed to you is an unopen able 'Chinese RAR' file. The software is hard to find, and once found, Microsoft reports back as 'To Dangerous To Download' and will not download the software. Basically you are buying a 3D scanner that anyone with a 3D printer can print themselves with additional parts that will not cost around £100 and no working software.

Does not come with software download software doesn't run without downloading more software which you then have to be a programmer to set up. Useless to me as I know nothing about programming would have been 0 stars if allowed

These will scan an object, but the software is dreadful. You will get a load of noise, multiple images and then it will all crash. Just buy a decent scanner instead

Después de una semana aún no lo pude hacer funcionar , no encuentro el software y lo poco que encontré no consigo instalarlo en Linux

Je souhaite (car je continue à tenter d'utiliser ce machin) faire des captures d'objets de petites tailles (de 5 à 15 cm) pour les reproduire avec une imprimante 3D. Aucun document d'installation n'est fourni, hormis quelques publicités pour d'autres machins identiques sur AliExpress et c'est inacceptable. La carte Arduino fonctionne très bien mais rien n'indique (jai cherché sur le Web) sur quel connecteur raccorder chacune des diodes lasers. Le connecteur du moteur ne peut être que conecté à la carte ARduino donc pas de problèmes... j'espère. Pour utiliser la caméra 720 P il faut se débarasser de l'encombrante pince pour un autre usage... Une fois l'ensemble assemblé, il n'est pas clair de savoir comment la caméra est coincée. Les premiers essais ne sont pas concluants... Les diodes lasers fonctionnent mais je n'ai pas trouvé de façon de les orienter. J'ai imprimé une feuille avec des carrés noir et blanc mais, tout essai échoue en ne donnant pas la moindre information. Le plateau tourne, la caméra fonctionne, les lasers fonctionnent mais au bout du compte, rien ne marche. Cette version du hardware est un peu différente de celles trouvées sur le web mais, sans notice, c'est un investissement risqué, voire inutile pour un prix beaucoup trop élevé
