Are the perforations all the way round the pipe?

The perforations are cover all sections of the pipe. They are not continuous perforations but are In separate sections.

Dose this soakaway pipe have slits allround it and do i need to uesd gravel?

Yes it has slits and you should bed and cover it in gravel, also use a membrane sleeve to stop silt getting into the pipe.

What diameter pipe should i choose for my 25m by 12m lawn? The soil is clay
