The vendor replied very quickly to confirm the order and the dimensions (which were critical - this fits in an alcove so slightly big would make it not fit, and slightly small would make it too small).Delivery was very fast. We expected 4-5 days but got it in two, and it was exactly the right size. A perfect fit. Yes, the fittings are plastic but work perfectly well (and have adjustment, so deadly accurate holes aren't necessary). Literally took 10 mins to fit. The blind material lets a bright light through but that was expected - had it been important we'd've ordered the blackout stuff.Does what we needed it to do and so far nothing irritating has occurred.
