Amazing. I am a big fan of this system. I keep it in my home office next to my desk in order to grab some reps between meetings. No worries about floor damage, or any loud banging when putting it down. Filling up to 30lbs with sand takes some effort, but doable. Much less expensive and way cheaper shipping than conventional weights.

Inner liner folds over for a double Velcro seal, plus the outer shell has a Velcro seal tore rain inner liner neatly. Handle feels sturdy, bag feels sturdy. Overall a great kettlebell that you can adjust the weight on without having to buy multiple kettlebells.

The media could not be loaded.  The handle comes apart. It opens on the sides. I think the handle is too long since as you use it the bag stretches.
