EDIT: I have had this installed barely a month, and the ball joint is leaking horrifically. Not just dripping, water is actually spraying out of it. That portion will have to be replaced. It's an easy fix, but it absolutely should not be necessary, particularly this soon.Where has this been all my life? I didn't even know this was a thing, until I saw a friend comment on getting a filtered showerhead. Obviously, I immediately ordered one, as the water in my community is so hard it crunches.The water pressure on this thing is fantastic. The water comes out more of a pressurized mist than the stream of other showerheads.I usually take super fast showers, I get in, do what I gotta do, and get out.Not with this. I don't want it to end. I would happily stay in there until the hot water is gone.Even if you aren't in dire need of the filter, get this anyway. It will change your shower experience forever. You will never be the same.

The product does not include any installation instructions but it is fairly easy to figure out. An installation guide would have been nice though. As for the design, I love this product as it increases water pressure and seems to really filter out the contaminants in tap water. My hair and skin were definitely improved with the first use! Because the weight of the unit is concentrated at handle, it makes plastic bracket that's included seem unstable. I didn't use the mounting bracket that came with it for this reason. I already had a handheld shower so I used the mounting bracket from the old one. I think the plastic mount would possibly work too, but I opted for the chrome piece I already had. Overall, this product works exceedingly well. My hair is softer and not frizzy after the first use, and my skin feels immediately more soft and supple. I didn't expect immediate results but this product delivers! The increased water pressure was another unexpected bonus! I will definitely recommend this product to everyone!

So far, so good on this 1. I read a bunch of the reviews B4 I purchased this shower head. Many of them remarked on issues with installation. I had absolutely none. I was able 2 install the entire thing in under 5 minutes without any of the leaks or extra adjustments other reviewers spoke about.The pressure of my last shower head was notably better but this 1 is not weak by any means. It's still quite enjoyable. I wanted a showerhead that would save water for environmental reasons and this 1 is undoubtedly doing that with a minor sacrifice in the pressure of the jet streams.My main purpose for purchasing this product was the filter though. It common knowledge that our city's municipal supply is neglected and commonly full of chorine, lead and other harmful toxins. A low cost solution 2 minimize exposure is immediately appealing. The advertised filter was thee primary selling point. Un4tunately, I cannot attest 2 any major change in water quality. This is not 2 say it's not working. My last shower head also had a filter on it. My skin was still left dry. This new head has not changed that 4 better or worse. Part of that is my own biology, I'm sure, along with any number of other environmental factors. I hoped that I would C and feel the change that other user did. I did not. I am going 2 get a water testing kit, however, and test the quality myself. I will B more than happy 2 report my findings when I do. Stay tuned.My only real issue is the stray streams that can happen between showers. Think of them as stray hairs, a single strand that is out of place and irritatingly problematic. I think it may have something 2 do with the small holds and possible pieces of debris that shake loose from the filter stones. Anyway, I've found that simply rubbing the area from which the stream originates will get it back N place. Just a quick couple of swipes of the thumb should do it. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless.Besides that, I like the thing. Pressure's good, it definitely saves water and the price was reasonable. If I knew that the filter was actually working, I'd B elated.Sincerely,KB

The media could not be loaded. I've tried contacting XYCING directly and since I was on I believe day 32 after delivery, they were unwilling to honor their 1 year warranty. This video was taken when the issue was first noticed, unfortunately, it's only gotten worse and worse in all the showers. This is only one of the showers in the video, but we replaced all 3 showers with the same shower head and all 3 are doing the same thing. One of them is spraying to the side so bad, that it's shooting up and over the shower door and soaks the floor every time someone gets a shower in there.Also, should mention, after every shower taken, the shower head itself will sag and point straight down instead of remaining in the same position during the shower. The seal around the ball perhaps should be made of rubber rather than a hard plastic since rubber would keep it from sliding downwards..

The media could not be loaded. There are 2 routines in my day that I value more than anything and will try ANYTHING to make them better. My shower and my sleep. I am NOT a morning person. So if those are wrecked, so am I. I recently moved into an apartment, being used to a house with a frequently maintained water softener, I was very worried about my skin and hair.I lived here the first week without it, definitely noticed a difference in my skin, feeling super dry (dryer than it already is, I definitely have sensitive skin) my hair was funky...I took a shower this morning... it was the most GLORIOUS shower I have taken in a while. It felt like the perfect pressure of velvety mist. I don’t know how to explain how something has decent pressure but is misty at the same time... you will have to try it out for yourself... as for me, I’ll be in my shower, enjoying glorious velvet misty goodness.And my hair and skin feel great... but for this review... the most was the most important part AND I WASN'T EVEN LOOKING FOR THAT.
