Manmma of 5 making liquid gold!
AMAZING!!! I am an exclusive breastfeeding Mama. But with baby number for my milk went dry earlier than normal. With baby number 5 I was super paranoid about running out of milk for my little man. I needed to pump for the first time ever to have milk in stock for some upcoming trips. My previous experience is when I pump it eliminates milk for baby frustrates him and in turn reduces my milk production. I've tried fenugreek bars, fenugreek supplements, oatmeal, avocado, diet changes, excessive water intake, and just about every other home remedy there is. But these cookies did the trick! They were so easy to make my daughter who is 7 made them for me with only a little bit of help. After reading some reviews about cookies being dry, I decided to add in 2 tablespoons of milk to my mix. I'm an avid Baker and home cook so that was just the right amount of liquid it needed to moisten up the batter and have a deliciously moist cookie.I was able to make 20 regular sized cookies. If I had been more controlled by dishing I probably could have gotten thefull 24. But in all honesty no matter what you're still consuming the same amount of product. It doesn't matter if you're eating 20 cookies or 24 cookies. It's the same amount. I inhaled about 4 in the first day. The brewer's yeast definitely gives it a unique flavor but they were delicious. It tasted like a Hardy semi gourmet oatmeal cookie. And after a few cookies you don't even notice the brewer's yeast anymore. I've just about eaten all of the cookies. and I've decided the fewer cookies the better. You want to eat them while they're still moist after being baked. After 4 days cookies are just not as good anymore. The next day my breasts definitely felt an extra let down during the day. The sensation of letdown has definitely diminished since giving birth to my baby. But I felt it coming back. Two days later I woke up with very firm full breasts. And by day three I was letting down approximately every two to two-and-a-half hours. I have had plenty of milk for baby and plenty extra to pump. The photo of my milk that I attached is the extra milk after my son was done nursing. That is usually the amount of milk I get from pumping off of two full breasts. this is the least amount of milk I've ever produced over my five children. So I am so happy to have found these cookies. I am upping my production big time and now have 5 4 oz bottles saved in my freezer. I was hopeful the cookies would be a success so I ordered two packages and man am I so glad I did! Now I don't have to wait to place another order. I know they're a little expensive but compared to the money I've spent on everything else, I can't put a price on nearly tripling my milk production for my little guy. Worth every penny. For those who are skeptical, of course there is a small chance that this product won't work for you. That is a risk you take with any product. Everybody's body is different and everybody reacts differently. Keeping that in mind you can always gift your cookies to another nursing mama. Don't throw them away! I bet there is somebody out there who would love to have a free dozen even if they don't up your production.I will be buying a few extra bags of these for my future food storage and to add to gift baskets for my expecting friends!! πππ

Okay taste, but did NOT help my supply :(
I've eaten approximately 2 bags of these cookies now (4 cookies/day), and my supply has actually gone down by 2-4 oz each day :( . I was previously making homemade lactation cookies, but have been extra busy and chose these for the convenience and how quick/easy they were to make. The overall taste is okay, but I much prefer my homemade ones and will just stick with them from now on. I can't contribute anything else to my decrease in supply as I maintain a very consistent diet and haven't changed anything else otherwise.
