### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The radio works great, it is clear and stable

The bad:Software is quirky and didn't come with a programming cable. This is a nightmare to program without the cable and software. You will need to become familiar with how the software works. Not quite as easy as Chirp and you have to use Zastone's software to program.The good:After I figured out all the little nuances in the software it was a fairly easy to setup and program all my local repeaters. The radio works great, it is clear and stable, the controls are nice. I haven't used it for air or am reception yet but will be giving that a try soon. The reports back on my transmit are very good. I recommend this radio for everyday use.

I like the display on it however the receive on it is no where nearly as clear as the wouxun I had. Stations that I have programmed, I could hear clear as a bell on the wouxun, but the zastone has a lot of static on the receive side. If I had a choice of buying another zastone, I certainly would not.
