I had to pay at the GiffGaff website to use this SIM. Even after multiple exchanges with the vendor before the travel, no real help was given. So be aware. Do NOT buy this if you are looking for a prepaid SIM. This is simply NOT. It works very well in Paris and Bruges but Italy was a little challenging getting internet siganl strength but it got me through where I wanted to be.
