my ancient gateway was destroyed by a power surge. this came with 8gb ram, 128gb ssd, windows 10 pro, two display ports one vga, dvd drive, keyboard and mouse. around 200 bucks and very clean...needed many updates from ms and hp. took me a little to figure out to activate using "different" key code but ran fine out of the box. already had monitors and spare hard drives and wifi dongle. will probably add more memory soon. ms synched my settings and installed copy of office 365 at no cost. runs great for my needs and great price

First, the "Not-So-Appealing":I won't be too surprise if others may find it easy to claim that the ad was misleading on at least two accounts - 1) ad says its condition is NEW - it is not. It has scuffs and scratches. The unit was thoroughly cleaned inside- out; 2) It is SFF, not Ultra SFF as suggested by the ad pic. (the seller changed the ad pic after it was delivered to me). Don't expect this product to come out of its shipping box in pristine condition. The keyboard and the mouse that came it are brand new and are both generic, clucky and far from quiet and average in responsiveness.General Description:The internals include a 128GB SSD. With Windows 10 and MS Office 365 pre-installed it's available is down less than 50% already. After I installed all my applications (Corel Paintshop Pro X8, Video Studio X9, 123-Copy DVD Platinum, Steam Games Age of Empire-HD, CS-CZ, CS-Source, CS-GO, Insurgency, COD: Modern Warfare 2, RS-Vegas and RS-Vegas 2, Stellaris, Evochron, and Elite Dangerous, and Blizzard's Starcraft and Starcraft: Broodwar (remastered version) I only had 3% of storage left. 4pcs of 2gb-RAM modules are allocated to all 4 slots. According to Crucial's scan, the max RAM it can hold is 32GB.Performance:As of today, 20days since I got this desktop, it has been performing AMAZINGLY!!! The applications are running great with very minimal latency noticed in games even the with heavy ones, rendered on an integrated video card. With only 128GB capacity, I want to keep the SSD as the primary storage at no more than 60% to full capacity and use it exclusively for the OS (Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu) and most important applications like MS Office, Paintshop and Videostudio. I purchased a 2TB HDD as storage for all others including games and miscellaneous applications. There is a noticeable decrease in gaming performance but I think it can be corrected with an upgrade to a dedicated video card, then RAM to max.INITIAL VERDICT:Highly recommended to those seeking highly functional, affordable desktops running at older generation of i5 with room for upgrades. My son's laptop is now about 6 years old and I am pushing him to get this product then use the rest of his budget of $700 for upgrades.Again it does not have the bells and whistles of brand-new high-end gaming desktops. Remember this is less $200.I will update this review in 2 months time.

I just got this PC and I immediately hooked it up to my TV. I'm extremely happy with the purchase.As you can see in the pictures, the product was well-packed. Since I'm going to be using this to stream videos on my TV, I am not going to use the mouse and keyboard that came with the system. Instead, I'll be using a Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch TV Keyboard (2 in one).It also came with a WIFI adapter. I was concerned about the wireless adapter because of some else review. But I'm telling you, there is nothing wrong with mine. As you can see in the last picture, I have been streaming YouTube videos and Netflix for hours now. No lag. No loading issues. No disconnections.The case looks great. Only one or two scratches here and there... but extremely minor. The inside looks even better. Everything looks new and I have 2 more slots available for additional RAM, which is AWESOME!In summary, this is a great PC! Unless something changes from now on, I will give this product a 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Easy install. Works like a dream for the price...great product for 6months

Now that I have used this unit since January I must say, why didn't I replace my HP (Windows Home 10) Laptop sooner. I bought a 22 inch 1080 monitor for the view and never looked back. This unit though equipped with some older components is several times faster than my laptop and the 22-inch screen is A-OK for these old eyes.

This product worked very well for about three months, then wouldn’t turn on after shutting down.

At the time of writing, the computer i received has an un-authentic version of Windows on it. Just a heads up to anyone looking to purchase. I have contacted the seller again, as last time they werent open and will update as needed.

Does bit have wifi capability but got a $15 wifi adapter that plugs in to the USB. Computers super fast. Definitely a refurbished one because was a little dusty but a can of dust off fixed that too. Computer works great for basic use like college classes, work from home stuff like spread sheets and documents. I’m in the army and was able to access all of my .mil and .gov sites no issues was able to stream videos for online classes easily I’m considering buying a second one so my wife and I each have a work from home desk top 100% recommend for standard use. Idk how it would do for gaming but standard use it’s great.
