Didn't put pressure where it needed to be. I have an old knee injury from my Navy days and decided to order this strap to see if it would help. I actually tried using the strap on a day where I was not having any knee pain. To my surprise....within 15-20 minutes of putting the strap on.....my knee actually began to ache. I did not have the strap too tight....I had it on to what felt like a "normal" fit. It didn't feel tight or uncomfortable...but within a short time it caused my knee to ache. When I removed the strap....my knee started to feel better. Perhaps the knee strap will work well for others.
