I posted the review below shortly after I purchased this necklace, you will see I had a problem with the product. Customer service got in touch with me promptly and offered to either repair or replace the necklace, my choice. I decided on the repair and they provided timely service and free shipping. They communicated with me regularly via email and phone throughout the process, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They told me they had never had a problem with this necklace and based on all they did to ensure I was happy with the product, I definitely believe them.I bought this necklace for my wife and she and I were both very happy with the quality of the pearl and the style of the necklace. I would have given it 5 stars if I had done my review sooner, but a little over a month of wear and the cord pulled out of the clasp. It was an easy fix with a little super glue, but could have resulted in a lost necklace.

Totally beyond my expectations. Bought as a gift for AKA sorority sister that isn't fond of strung pearls. This choker changed her mind. Can't thank the Pearl Source enough for providing high quality pearls and service. So impressed I bought 2 more. One as a gift and I had to have one for moi.

This is a beautiful rustic looking pearl on a gorgeous leather band. Choker style. My wife loves it. Pearl is for the 30th anniversary. Shipping and all the other stuff went well.

This was a gift for my wife who lives the necklace. The pearl is a bit irregular but I've heard this is true of most real pearls. The size of the pearl is very nice, plenty large.

Received this item on time. Item looked just as it was pictured. Nice for the ($120.00) price. The pearl doesn't lay as nicely strung on leather as it probably would on a chain, but I like it enough not to go through the return/exchange process. This being my first online jewelry purchase, I have nothing to compare this with.
