Great product!!
I purchased a foldable electric wheelchair about two years ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the product and the customer service. First, the quality of the wheelchair is exceptional. It is constructed from durable materials that feel sturdy yet lightweight. The foldable design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to store it in the trunk of my car without any hassle. The battery life is impressive, providing hours of use on a single charge, and the chair operates smoothly on various terrains, including grass and gravel. My mother has been able to enjoy it very much and not miss out on outdoor family events. What truly sets this product apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. From my initial inquiry to post-purchase support, the company has been responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided thorough answers to my questions. The delivery was prompt, and the wheelchair arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Additionally, they followed up after the purchase to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and offered continued support if needed. Overall, this foldable electric wheelchair has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and functionality. Coupled with top-notch customer service, it has been a fantastic investment. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable, comfortable, and convenient mobility solution.

Hands down a quality, well-made Pocket-Rocket of a chair
I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and had two discs that bulged and caused weakness in my legs. I researched a LOT of moto-chairs & scooters. After reading all the reviews and researching the website for this one, it was my final decision, and I am extremely happy getting it. It's so easy to use, to fold away, store, and charging the batteries. I keep them installed and the chair folded tops out at 58 pounds but honestly feels much lighter when putting in our SUV. This chair has been a lifesaver for getting around during errand runs, going from parking lot to office space, and even rolling in the yards at our home. As part of my therapy, I've been able to put it in manual mode and walk behind it, helping me stay stable. This chair was one of the best investments I've ever made on my personal road to get and stay healthy as I approach my retirement years. At top speed, you can literally feel the wind in your face. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who's looking for a sturdy, well made, quality chair that will easily get them from point A to B without issue.

Really easy to fold, and very lightweig9ht.
PROS: - Easy to fold - Only weighs 10 lbs more than my manual chair. - Fits in the trunk nicely. - Is quite comfortable. - Haven't run the battery down yet driving 3 miles each way to my sister's house. - Chair is narrower than my manual chair making it easier to get through doorways. - Gives me so much freedom! I can go places on my own, or easily travel in any car since no trailer is needed to transport this chair. CONS: - Replacement parts are expensive! - Joystick controller $269 - Motherboard $499 - Cable to joystick controller $89 - Warranty is too short! I've had my chair for 2 years. It's out of warranty, and it won't move. I have a very limited income, and can't afford repairs. Definitely buy the the extended warranty! - Steering is jerky, especially at very slow speeds. - great battery life so far, but it's fastest speed is too slow. It takes me an hour to drive 3 miles at full speed! - Driving on concrete sidewalks is a rough ride where I livey. So much so that screws and bolts loosen constantly. I've lost one of the machine screws on the joystick controller. The knobs are constantly constantly loose, and the bolts for the foot rest loosen so much that it won't stay up at all. - I used Loctite on the left knob, but not the one holding the joystick because your supposed to remove the joystick before folding. One of the black covers on the foot rest vilts has gone missing - I had to buy a wrench to tighten the screws on the joystick because the one provided was too big. - The seat belt is just a big loop. It doesn't connect to the chair at all - Manual translation to English isn't great. It's hard to understand in many places. - No parts list in manual, so I can't easily get a replacement screw for the lost screw. Not for use in rain or snow greatly reduces how much the chair can be used outdoors. - Battery compartments should be waterproof and controller should have a waterproof cover! Update: I found out you can get a cover on the company's website. - would be even more comfortable if the seat cushion had a cutout for the coccyx. - foot rest may drag. It's quite low to the ground. - foot rest is too narrow at the back so my heels are constantly being hit by the front wheels. - Would prefer a non-skid foot cover that is flatter so it would be way more comfortable on bare feet. I don't wear shoes in the house because my feet swell. - The turning radius is too large, forcing me to back out of my small bathroom. I'll take a little larger turning radius to get a foldable wheelchair! - The controller is fixed position which means I can't get close to the table, and the jerkiness of the the controller means I'm constantly bumping the the controller on counters and tables, even with it on the slowest setting. Update: You can raise the arm rests to get closer, but it's hard to drive with joystick elevated. - I wish there was an optional cup holder. I haven't found a good aftermarket option that works with this chair. Update: I found an accessories package on the company's website for $299. It has a drink holder in it, but there are no pictures to see what you're getting. I want ability to buy them individually! I'm not paying $299 just to get the drink holder. - The chair doesn't move and makes a loud beep way to often when it's in electric mode, on the slowest setting, and nothing is blocking the wheels. Update: Wait a couple of seconds after powering on alleviates at lot of the beeping. - The left armrest cracked in the first month of use, and I have no idea how to get a replacement. No parts list in the manual. BOTTOM LINE: Buy a Quantum unless you need portability. Quantums steer smoothly, have a better turning radius, controller folds back so you can get the chair under tables and counters, and the foot rest is much better.

This is the one you want.
Bought this for my brother, but I tested it first around town for many miles. Does excellent job in handicap friendly municipalities; common sense will keep you out of trouble. Very easy to operate in tight spaces. Fast enough and still be safe; it is faster than most people can walk. It exudes quality workmanship. Nice looking piece of machinery. Easy to master those slanted sidewalks with the proportional joystick control that is state of art. Took it up and over a DOT grade draw bridge with no problem, and when going down the grade the wheelchair did not speed up, instead kept a constant speed; it actually appeared that the electromagnetic brakes may have charged the battery on the downgrade because the charge level indicator went up one bar. I went about 11-12 miles so far on fully charged battery; it still shows two bars of charge left. I'm totally satisfied at this time. The batteries are positioned most ingeniously; they fit inside frame members and they can be removed easily. I'm 6'1" and weight 230 lb and it is very comfortable for me, I've spent hours and miles at a time testing it. The seat cushion area measures about 17-18" wide, and that is plenty wide enough for me. 3/23/19 Update: My brother immensely enjoys the freedom this wheelchair gives him. He puts his portable oxygen generator in the storage basket under the seat and goes out for hours at a time. He now does his own shopping and errands in the local community. This is an empowering device for people with mobility issues; I suppose we will all get to that point sooner or later.

Great Chair
I was hesitant to buy an electric wheelchair without first trying it out, but this was an excellent buy! I couldn't be happier with it. I am a very large person. This chair fits me well, is easy to maneuver, and has incredible battery longevity. My husband is thrilled with how easy it folds up and how easily he can put it in the car. There are some good grip points. He only has to lift either the front or back wheels into the back of the car, and it slides in. Its relatively light weight at 50 pounds, but is sturdy and handles my weight easily. The batteries last a long time. I do not use this chair 24/7, but rather just for when I would need to walk any distance. I have COPD, so walking and breathing became quite difficult. We purchased two carabiners to hang from the back railing of the chair to clip my portable oxygen unit on it. I also bungee corded a sham pillow for extra back support. All in all, this was an excellent buy and I would purchase it again.

not what i though I was buying.
I paid more for the chair because it looked solid built. Plus all the five star ratings. I have used a few other brands and they were quiet and very easy to use. This chair make a very loud clicking noise. I'm told this is normal, that it is the brake engaging, but i do not hear it on others brands. The joy stick is not easy to use and sometimes gets real jerky. My son folded the chair. He said there is no way that I or my wife can put this chair in the car. It is to heavy. The chair is nicely built. You will need some padding for the back of the chair.

Excellent Machine And Worth Every Penny
I've needed an electric wheelchair for awhile now and after consideration decided on this one. I am nothing but pleased. Very sturdy construction but folds out quite easily. It is also comfortable to sit in which is something some chairs lack. It IS a bit heavier than I would like, but nothing serious and it will fit in the trunk of a small car with no problem. Best of all, the batteries LAST! It arrives charged up and ready to go and the battery power lasts a long time even if you don't have need of it for a few days. The charging process is fast and reliable. The only issue that was sort of a surprise was that the charging plug was under the controller, which was a little awkward to position. I do note that in the description it said something about going up a 25 Degree slant, while the directions say more like 15 Degrees so you might want to consider that. Honestly though I have not had any problem with it thus far at all. All in all I highly recommend this item if you have need. Its a little workhorse. 10/10

Great chair very portable!
My husband and I took the Ranger discovery to Hawaii for a 10 day trip. My husband has Parkinson’s and the chair worked flawlessly for him. No problems with the airlines either. You just wanna let them know ahead of time that you’re taking a chair with lithium batteries. We had long layovers so we were able to keep the chair with him at all times. With Parkinson’s, it’s very important to exercise every day. Every morning my husband would take the chair out and walk on the sidewalk near the resort pushing the chair, great exercise for him. He is able to walk, but not very long and gets tired easily. We bought the chair through Amazon and arrived within six days. All assembled and folds down easily just like the description says! Customer support was excellent. I left a message and they called me back within five minutes. ( I had a question about the warranty card) Chair comes with a bag attached to the back of the seat and also there is a zipper bag underneath the seat. Highly recommend this chair!
