Does this dispense a specific amount of mixture/liquid per squeeze? As in it let’s out 100ml or does it just keep going until you let go?

Is it any good at dispensing tempered chocolate into chocolate moulds at 28-33 degrees centigrade?

I haven’t tried that so can’t say, but I do know if you’re using a thickish batter it doesn’t work well. (Great for normal pancake style batter)

Can this be used in the microwave?

I would say not. I don’t know why you would want to. You can’t cook with it, it is only a pouring aid. It is good at what it does which is to pour batter type mixes into moulds

To anyone who _paid_ for this, is it good for dispensing cupcake batter (without bits in like fruit)?

It is brilliant. It lets through evevrything that is smaller than the bottom piece. I.e about 3 cm in diameter
