I love the fit of these! You know how we all wear maternity jeans as long as it's socially acceptable after having a baby because the elastic band is so comfy? These are that kind of comfy, except also totally flattering.I'm 5'8" 135# and I tend to be apple shaped and hold weight around my belly. Plus I've had 5 kids, including triplets so I always appreciate a little built in ab support! I have a hard time finding jeans that fit in my hips but don't dig into my waist. These are absolutely perfect for that, they reach a flattering point on the waist and hit the right balance of holding my belly in but not digging in.I wish I could give 4.5 stars, I just want to take off half a star for the odd darts above the back pockets. These might be flattering on some but I have a white girl flat butt and no amount of darts are going to give my butt curves!

First, for the price point you can’t beat them. Second, they are truly comfortable and fit your curves nicely . Third, they do not sag by the end of the day like some jeggings and jeans with stretch. They are a thin weight and had multiple little strings hanging out from the stitching so I’m not sure if they will last more than a season. Finally, just give them a try I believe you will keep them like I did and be your go to when you want a cute comfy jean.

These jeans a perfect of you have a lingering mommy belly. The elastic stretch is perfect to cover your stomach while still looking like actual jeans. A lot of elastic pants look maternity and are pull on. These have a button, zipper and pockets. The material is a little thinner then I would like. Because of the elastic waist you should size down. I bought a 12 but exchanged for a 10 based on the waist and length.Update- I wore them out today and was complimented at my first store. They never folded over when I leaned down either. A+

I have bought these jeans several times and love them. Perfect amount of stretch. Especially love them because they come in long/tall, I don’t know what the differences between the two Only issue I’ve had is I purchased a 12 long twice and I keep receiving the size 12. I am content with the length, so not returning again. I don’t know if they are longs and not identified, or if they are truly not long. Either way, I still love them and going to keep this pair since they are long enough. My inseam is 34”.

Why do these companies “rip” holes in jeans? I wouldn’t have ordered them if I saw the large rip covered by the models hand even though I didn’t mind the smaller rip on the other side. To me it looks shabby but I guess that’s what some people like. Anyway they have a nice stretch and seem durable.

These are so comfortable!!!! Perfect amount of stretch while still being super supportive. The waistband doesn’t dig or fold. My husband even commented on my hurt looking good in these! Also love the length! The rinse is a perfect dark denim.

These are so comfortable!!! It’s the first pair of jeans I’ve bought and kept since having my daughter in July, who was my 4th child and 4th csection— so that means I’m carrying extra weight and have the mom pooch. I know these are jeggings but don’t look like them at all, and they feel like much better quality than most jeggings I have tried. These look and feel like jeans except they’re so comfortable. The stretch is just right, but they don’t stretch so much they lose their shape. I’ve been wearing them for about 5 hours today after receiving them yesterday and they haven’t lost their shape at all. They are extremely flattering and really hug my curvy body in all the right places. They have good tummy control for those of us who have a tummy we want controlled, lol. I can’t say enough good about these. I got this pair for a great price and am ready to order another pair. These are perfect for any size or shape, they truly are flattering to a body I find myself unhappy with a lot of the time. I’ve tried a few other pairs of jeans since having my daughter but something is always off- too big in the waist, too small, not enough stretch, too much stretch, etc. now that I’ve found these I know I can look and feel good in jeans even though I’m not the size 8 I was. I will update my review if necessary since I’ve only worn them today, but I’m hoping for the very best! I love them!Updated to add this photo from Christmas because it’s the only picture I have of me wearing these. While I don’t love what I see and still struggle with that daily, these pants are still amazing! They wash well, color doesn’t run, they don’t shrink in the dryer. The quality is amazing. I bought my daughter a pair for Christmas and she absolutely loves them. These are starting to get a bit big because I’ve lost some more weight, I think I’ll be ordering another pair in a size down!!! Yay! Get these, they’re awesome!

These were advertised for curvy women, and their stretch definitely fits the bill. They are comfortable enough to wear all day, and hold their shape relatively well. They look nice enough to wear to most dressy casual occasions. I wouldn't say the fit is perfect - the waist is just a tiny bit loose, the knees and ankles are just a tiny bit loose, but they stretch tight around my calves and thighs. They feel just a little bit too big, but if I size down, my curvy parts won't fit. That said, not everyone's body is the same, and for the price, this is as close to a perfect fit as I can expect to get.

I love these jeans. They wash and tumble dry without shrinking and are very flattering. Wide stretchy waistband prevents muffin tops and very comfy fit.

Used to buy these jeans through a Canadian retail store but they don’t seem to be getting any in stock so I nervously took a risk on getting them through Amazon. They’re the real deal and just like all my previous pairs (through this seller so far anyways). Might try ordering another pair in a different wash, although the variance in pricing is a bit annoying. Hoping for the same quality - love these jeans! Super comfortable, fit perfect and in the right places.**UPDATE** Have since discovered the zipper on these jeans will not stay up. Less than ideal as you can imagine!! Makes me wonder if these are rejected products not fit for stores?? 🤔

I purchased a pair 1 year ago at Rickis and was disappointed a few months later when they told me they no longer carry Democracy. I only looked online recently and found them here.Democracy jeggings just feel right, the tummy tuck, stretch and butt lift make you feel incredibly confident when looking in the mirror and they are comfortable af. I hated jeans growing up and still have never felt super comfortable in jeans but these ones feel more like dress pants or leggings.Wearing other brands of jeans, they come off the second I get home and are replaced with Pjs, I don't even notice I haven't taken them off most times. They are so comfortable.
