Product Description "The OMRON RS7 Intelli IT makes it easy to accurately measure your blood pressure whatever your body type. As you put the monitor on, the cuff wrap guide will let you know you’ve put the device on correctly. And the positioning sensor will show when it’s in the right position to take an accurate reading. While the device takes your blood pressure and pulse rate, it’ll indicate if it’s detected an irregular heartbeat or whether you’re hypertensive. Your readings will then be displayed on the large LCD screen and automatically transferred to a Bluetooth paired smart phone. Review: Silent! - As an autistic person with sensory issues and dangerously high BP, I cannot use a upper arm cuff without getting majorly overwhelmed. So getting an accurate BP measurement has been impossible until now. This wrist cuff BP monitor has literally been life changing. 1) It is silent. So I'm not getting stressed by hearing the motor gearing up as it goes past the 180 systolic mark. 2) the pressure on the wrist is much less overstimulating than pressure on the upper arm so, again, less stress 3) It's easier to put on than the upper arm cuff if you have coordination struggles. 4) You don't have to strip off your sweater in a cold room to take your BP, so less sensory stress 5) It tells me if I'm doing it wrong with the indicator light 6) it records on a phone app and works out the average reading itself, so I can just copy it down and give to the GP. After years of struggling to provide the GP with BP readings I've finally been able to keep regular records. Because of this my BP is now being treated appropriately.

**Q: How accurate is it ? How is it reliable ? Can we rely this device in terms of the correct reading ?**
A: The one we have is a little different to this but we had had it for some time. It is very accurate and easy to use. I have checked it against a conventional sleeve type. Gets my vote.

**Q: It says in the manual that "Omron connect" app is free. This does not seem to be the case. Can you help?**

**Q: How do you delete readings?**
A: Sorry I've tried but still not managed to do that.

**Q: Accuracy. My blood pressure has risen by an average by 20 points for both systolic and diastolic since using this meter three days ago. Is this right?**
A: It could either be the monitor - have you done all recommended in the manual? The same wrist, correct position etc. Or it could be your blood pressure - If your Dr takes your blood pressure in the surgery also take your monitor to compare readings for accuracy

As an autistic person with sensory issues and dangerously high BP, I cannot use a upper arm cuff without getting majorly overwhelmed.
