I bought these to make my own excavation kits for my kids (since I'm sick of them paying $5 for a sand brick with a piece of quartz in it). Eventually we'll tumble them and get them nice and polished, but I think just digging them up will be cool for now. There's a variety of stones: a couple different types of quartz, a piece of fluorite or amethyst, I think lapiz lazuli, and different orange and green stones I haven't identified. There are some neat conglomerates as well. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. When I opened the bag, I was a little disappointed because everything was coated in dust from shipping and just looked grayish. But, when I wet the stones, I could really see the colors and they are beautiful. I consider this a good purchase. My only complaint isn't about the product, but about the packaging: the stones are sold in a heavy plastic bag, but Amazon put that bag into a bubble mailer. The original bag shredded during shipping (as rocks with sharp edges will tend to shred plastic when you jostle them around), and there was a significant hole in the padded Amazon envelope. I hope that all the rocks made it to me and none of them ended up on the post office floor...but the world may never know. They are all different. I had a difficult time identifying them. Some I'm still not certain of. None of them really knocked my socks off. It would be nice to get a list of what they give you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exelent for Occult use. *by P***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2016* These stones are excellent, after doing some research I opted for Hypnotic Gems over Crystal allies, as allies has quite a few reviews and pictures showing dyed stones and etc.I was not disappointed, apparently from the note on in the packaging, this stuff comes straight from the ground from some sort of mining contract the company has.They came covered in dust, smelling earthy, and looking gritty; THIS IS NOT A CON, they're authentic.After washing them one by one, they all looked rich, with bits of natural rock on some of them from when they where mined.What I'm about to say below is not Objective fact, It's my own subjective truth within Occultism and Metaphysics, take it as you wish; skepticism welcome.Really nice stuff, within my Occult practice, I'm learning about using the programing; natural qualities of stones and their makeup, within my workings.
