Outdoor Patio Rattan Wicker Sofa 7 Piece Sectional Conversation Furniture Set Black/Turquoise

We received the set in two shipments earlier than expected due to COVID-19 delay. For that, it earned an extra star, for us to enjoy summer on time. I love the teal color which is why I chose this set after a lot of research. The set is easy to assemble. I wish it has the notch to tie down the cushion from sliding. The cover is really waterproof to my test. Our gazebo is 10x12 for reference. My shipment missed one accent pilllow so the seller refund me $15. Overall I love it and recommend it for the price, quality, and customer service.

Exceptional quality. The product came in 3 boxes. Took 3 hours For me to install and it Looks beautiful. It would be nice if the back is taller. With this price we are very happy with the product. We put a cushion/ pillow to support the neck for comfort when sitting for longer time.

Everything was well marked, directions were clear. My husband assembled the furniture fairly easy, however he's experienced. Two of the pieces were damaged, we contacted the seller, Rattan Artisan, and they worked with us to get replacement parts in a very timely manner. They were very responsive and considerate. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance. It is an excellent product at a very reasonable price.

You get what you paid for. The cushions have no way to attach to the actual frame so they slide around and it’s VERY time consuming to put together. Took us two days two hours each day. Very low profile. The cushions are comfortable and you get a lot of pieces for the price. It’s just okay furniture not the best and not the worst.

Nice and compact (low) modern design and rugged for outdoor use. Comes in three compact boxes and assembly can take some time - extra pair of hands definitely recommended.

Looks exactly how I hoped, was a little time-consuming to put together, but overall I do love it. The only bad thing is that the cushions retain water for days. I didn’t know it was going to rain overnight or I would have put them inside. Three days after the rain you would still get wet when you sat on them. I did buy a cover to go along with it but the shipping is delayed to the end of this month.

This product is great value for money, I really like it. As I expected it is a little “comfort” small, the back is low, the seat short... it’s not as big as it looks in photos. The cushion fabric is great quality, withstands weather, spills and pets. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Loved the way you can connect to lay down or make sitting for several people. Cushions do slide but gonna velcro them down.
