This product was given to me by my natural path and I found it on Amazon which is a bonus so I don’t have to travel to get more.It has a calming effect and taste good. I use it before bed along with a product called sleep easy and I’m no longer up with the owls.

Update:The company replied to my request for a refund and they were very helpful and professional. They will be refunding my money which I am very appreciative of. They mentioned they had to use a different source for the raspberry flavoring and are continuing to work to improve the reformulation.Original Review:Like another recent review stated, this product has recently changed. I bought it for years because it was the best acting and best tasting mag supplement available. Worked amazing for restless legs and insomnia. It had a pleasing raspberry lemon flavor and fizzed when you mixed with water. All of the aforementioned benefits are now gone. I no longer receive the benefits of relaxation and decreased stress and the flavor is not palpable. The ingredients show stevia but the flavor doesn’t represent anything sweet but more of a chalky powder. I have requested a refund but since this item isn’t returnable, I’m not holding my breath. Expensive $22 lesson learned.

This helps with my sleep and lowering my blood pressure a bit. Use the included spoon and don't overfill it-if you use to much it I find it a bit overpowering. If you use a level included measure then the flavor is fine.

Helps my wife get to sleep. Used with commonly prescribed Sinemet.

I've used other brands, but this is my favorite. Least amount of additives and best flavor. I've been using this for quite some time now and I've never had any bad reactions to it, or anything like that, which has happened to me in the past.

I don’t know if they changed their formula recipe or what but it tastes just like Tums to be now. Kinda yucky.

I was initially prescribed this for my restless legs, and I have to say it has been the best thing yet. When I’m feeling that telltale feeling in my legs- I mix a serving up and maybe it’s a placebo affect- but I love it and swear by it. Very quick relief. My husband says it does the same for him.
