Be careful not to force it. I couldn't fix the zipper.I was upset, yes. I wanted to exchange it for a new one but with this company you have to order a new one and then initiate a return for the other - it's not a straight-up exchange.Sounds annoying right? So why five stars?Well, we ordered the second duvet and arranged for a UPS Pick-up of the first for return. SOMEBODY STOLE IT. Yes, somebody decided to steal my return package with a broken duvet inside and I was livid. However, when I called Amazon they were understanding and processed my return anyway. So, I was able to get refunded for the first duvet which was a huge relief.The duvet is cute, I got the pineapple print for my daughter. It comes with 2 pillowcases. I ordered a sheet also from Amazon that compliments the colors. You will need to purchase a comforter to go inside. This purchase made her super happy she loved the pineapple print, it's not the cheapest way to buy bedding. Obviously, you can get some bed-in-a-bag for cheap if you want. I like the duvet because you can remove it and wash it.
