I don't think of this as an everyday case. The phone has to be taken out of the case to charge it. I also was weirded out a little by the gel screen saver. It would be good for a day at the pool though.

The screen cover is very hard to negotiate. Its a rubbery material that makes using the keyboard tough. Also makes seeing the screen tough when trying to take a picture. I will only use it at the beach, had thought it would be more versatile

Gifts for my daughters they were very excited to receive them will wait for summer to use when we go to the beach or at the pool

If you plan to use this while boating, such as on a Waive Runner, be aware that top part separates behind your neck and your phone goes flying into the water-never to be seen again. It does not take a hard tug to make that thing pull out.So-where that black thing is on their photo that would be the part behind your neck? Exactly. It should be as strong as the rest of the unit.It is one of two very stupid flaws they could fix and the plastic membrane that protects the phone is durable--(allows you to take photos, touch with flex and ideally stay waterproof)--but that clear membrane does not stick well all the way around the face of the unit. So-it NOT WATER PROOF until they make sure their adhesive keeps that membrane attached 100% all the way around to the plastic.It is the nicest looking one on the market not so bulky, IMHO - I wish they would fix it.

I had my doubts about being able to work my phone while in this case, but it works perfectly and is perfectly visible behind the protective screen. Will not go to the beach or pool or even go out in heavy rain without it. I know the picture shows it upright in the case (good marketing)but that way you pretty much have to take it off to use the phone....so put phone in upside down for ease of use while hanging around your neck.The price right and although I have not proven that it is waterproof by dropping it in water, there is little doubt in my mind that it will be waterproof if I have it properly closed.

this is the worst case for an iPhone 5 i have ever seen, 1. it has a rubbery screen protector that anything including hair, dust sticks to and can't be wiped of. 2. when the phone is in the case you cannot shut the phone off, charge the phone or adjust the volume with out taking it out of the case. 3. I would not trust this case to be waterproof as they said it was. this case sucks so don't waste you money

It did not fit the iPhone 5c. Nothing in online material warned me of this, so I had to return two of them.

Is not "fully functional in the case", as claimed in advertisings! That is, when in the case, cannot switch on/off, cannot control volume, cannot charge, cannot attach ear phones. The lack of these functions in the case extremely limits the use of the phone in water and very wet environments, such as heavy rain or sea water splashes, especially during long time use and noisy environments. I am returning my case, expecting full reimbursement because they are guilty of unlawful false advertising!
