The ergonomic design is what attracted me to this product, as it feels very sleek and the lid is very well thought out. The wider silicon sleeve provides plenty of room to safely hold this cup without burning yourself - this is primarily why I chose this design over a glass KeepCup. The cup does get hot, but this is to be expected with a glass mug.
