Q: What exactly is the difference between the Soap version and the Sanitizer? The amount is different being dispensed?

This dispenser is compatible with Soap refills. The sanitizer Purell ES6 dispenser is 6424-01 or 6420-01, which only is compatible with sanitizer refills.

Q: Does this come with soap?

No, you will need to order an ES6 Purell Healthy Soap refill to go with it. This item is just the dispenser.

Q: wall floor saver come with this unit?

No, the soap dispensers do not come with the wall saver (drip tray). Only the sanitizer dispensers in this ES4/ES6/ES8 line come with the wall saver. It can be ordered separately.

Q: I'm aware that we're not supposed to, but has anyone tried to refill the soap instead of purchasing a replacement?

A soap refill will not dispense using a PURELL dispenser. They have different actuator electronics.

Misleading ( Add another $10.87) the Add clearly stated that included included 4 C size batteries

Misleading 1 – PURELL ES6 Automatic Soap Dispenser in White, adhesive mounting tape and screws, and 4 C-cell batteries.Batteries will cost you another $10.87 at Hoime depot

Yes, one picture worth a 100 words, and the seller knows it. So yes, they say that the refill not included, but they picture this item with a refill. I didn't read, bought them, then figured out return is not free.

Don't trust the adhesive

Adheisve sucks. Product keeps on falling,damaging my drywall paint.Good thing the Purell refill isn't cracked.
